WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SYSTEM TESTER - FIELD TECHNICIAN
Position
This job offer is aimed at experienced mechanical technicians, individuals with equivalent diplomas, or graduates in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical/Automation/Robotics Engineering, who are eager to deepen their knowledge in the field of spatial simulation and thin-film deposition.
Responsibilities
The candidate will be integrated into the Technical Department and will report directly to the Technical Manager, handling:
- Testing the systems at the company site and contributing to the optimization of procedures
- Testing and installing automatic machines at the client’s site
- Providing remote assistance where possible
- Contributing to the development of internal machine validation protocols by objectively defining machine settings that ensure the required quality
- Analyzing potential issues that arise during testing to identify their root causes
- Proposing appropriate and innovative solutions by interacting with mechanical and software design teams or other cross-functional departments.
Requirements
- Diploma as a mechanical technician or equivalent qualifications, or a degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Skills and expertise in plant systems, electrical schematics, and connections
- Knowledge of materials and mechanical principles, with particular emphasis on kinematics, pneumatics, and PLC
- Proficiency in the English language
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel abroad
- Ability to work in a team and meet established deadlines
- Knowledge and control of vacuum systems (pumps, sensors, etc.) is a plus.
Contract
Metalworking industry, 13 monthly payments.
Workplace
Schio (VI) or during potential business trips.
Training
Initially, the candidate will be supported by colleagues and will receive a dedicated training program.
After an initial period of experience, the candidate will have the opportunity to grow professionally and take on
the role of team leader.
